"Daniel enjoys writing about himself in the third person." - Anonymous
I am often asked what led me to co-found a company with my brother Patrick. One of the first things that often comes to mind is that I wanted to surround myself with extraordinary people. I believe that if I'm surrounded by people who challenge me I'll be more motivated to stretch myself. My first colleague was Patrick; someone who has always motivated and challenged me. Fourteen years into Employ/Andiamo and I find myself among colleagues who are passionate about being successful, are highly intelligent, funny, hard-working and ethical. More importantly, they're genuine and generous. What's is a better measure of success?
I'm an avid reader, history enthusiast and the father of two beautiful daughters.
My wife Johanna, my daughter Sylvie and my daughter Lily. I love to dance in my living room with Sylvie and Lily with no regard to how ridiculous I look.
